Terms of Service

Sortiri provides an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching platform. The Service includes workout tracking, meal logging, progress insights, optional cycle and pregnancy-related features, and an AI coach. Sortiri is not a medical provider. See our Health Disclaimer.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sortiri. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@sortiri.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use Sortiri in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent paywalls or ads, harass others, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Sortiri uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for evaluating AI guidance and for decisions about exercise, nutrition, and health. See our AI Data Policy.

Sortiri offers Free, Plus, and Premium plans:

• Free: includes sponsored content as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Plus: $9.99/month or $99/year (USD).
• Premium: $14.99/month or $149/year (USD).

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms and subject to their terms. Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the platform where you purchased.

Refunds are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe according to their policies. Sortiri does not guarantee refunds outside those platform rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, photos, logs). You grant Sortiri a license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service, including sharing with AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy and AI Data Policy.

Sortiri owns the Service, including software, design, branding, and AI system prompts (except your content). You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

You may stop using Sortiri at any time and request account deletion by emailing privacy@sortiri.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SORTIRI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SORTIRI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sortiri harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales for disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where required.
