Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Sortiri to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person.
• Upload illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Share another person's personal or health information without consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission.
• Circumvent paywalls, usage limits, advertising, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the coach at scale without authorization.
• Attempt to extract, reproduce, or publish Sortiri's system prompts, model configurations, or proprietary algorithms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' experience.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties as a licensed professional unless you are authorized to do so.

Content you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit content that promotes dangerous activities, self-harm, or illegal drug use. We may remove content that violates this policy.

We may investigate violations and take action including warnings, content removal, account suspension, or termination. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
